What happened

October 26–27. Meta priced $25 billion of common stock through forward-sale agreements and $12.5 billion of mandatory-convertible preferred shares. The common-stock forward does not initially deliver proceeds to Meta. Its proposed additional $60 billion offering program is a separate future possibility.

SpaceX disclosed a binding commitment for an approximately $40 billion GPU-equipment finance lease with an Apollo-managed entity. That figure represents expected principal payments before interest and other costs; closing and equipment deliveries remain subject to their stated conditions.

Anthropic filed for a proposed initial public offering, without an announced share count or price range.
