Updated October 31, 2026, using the October 30 regular-session close for all three carriers. Earnings coverage remains October 21–28.

T-Mobile closed Friday at $156.44, up $9.15, or 6.21%, from Thursday’s $147.29 close. Verizon rose 2.45% to $44.73 and AT&T gained 2.34% to $21.41. The comparison below excludes after-hours trading.

At Friday’s close, Verizon remained the largest of the three by equity market value at $185.41 billion, followed by T-Mobile at $165.71 billion and AT&T at $144.23 billion. T-Mobile’s rebound narrowed its gap to Verizon; it remained ahead of AT&T.

The three companies’ combined equity value was $495.35 billion, down $79.59 billion, or 13.84%, from December 31, 2025. The earlier October 29 morning snapshot showed an $89.46 billion decline. The $9.87 billion improvement between those snapshots covers more than one trading session.

T-Mobile’s $61.39 billion year-to-date decline represents 77.1% of the combined net decline. AT&T contributes 40.0%; Verizon’s increase offsets 17.2%. These percentages measure contribution to the net dollar change, not market share, and may not sum exactly because of rounding.

T-Mobile delivered third-quarter revenue of $23.584 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $9.620 billion and adjusted free cash flow of $5.071 billion. All three increased year over year. Friday’s share-price move does not change these reported operating results.

What this means for your business

Friday’s rebound materially improves T-Mobile’s valuation snapshot. Verizon still ranks first in equity value, revenue and adjusted EBITDA among the three. T-Mobile remains ahead of AT&T in equity value and reported free cash flow, even though its revenue and adjusted EBITDA are smaller. Describing it as simply “the smaller carrier” misses those differences.

For suppliers and business owners, the useful comparison is which carrier has the funded demand, cash generation and execution priorities that support your business. Review purchasing budgets, construction commitments and payment performance alongside market value. A daily stock move alone does not establish a change in procurement capacity.

WHAT REMAINS UNCERTAIN

Closing prices and market-capitalization estimates are dated October 30, 2026. Year-to-date calculations use the displayed, rounded market-cap values from the same data provider at each endpoint; they incorporate changes in shares outstanding and exclude dividends, so they are not total shareholder returns. The comparison does not isolate the cause of Friday’s rally. Free-cash-flow definitions, acquisition scope and capital intensity differ across companies.
