Reuters, citing Anthropic’s prospectus, reported that Broadcom agreed to provide up to $42 billion in financing, with debt potentially convertible into equity. Reuters said Anthropic did not expect notes to be sold before its initial public offering. This does not establish that the financing has been funded.
