Reuters reported that the yield on CoreWeave’s October 2031 dollar bond briefly exceeded 16% on October 15, with shares and bonds under continued pressure heading into Friday. This is secondary-market pricing, not a newly issued loan rate.

CoreWeave’s August results reported approximately $104 billion of revenue backlog at June 30. Its definition makes recognition dependent on delivery and service availability; backlog is not collected cash.

Premia view: connect backlog to funding and payment milestones

Fiber, engineering and data-center suppliers should connect backlog reviews to customer financing, project approvals and payment schedules. Strong end demand does not eliminate the working-capital exposure created by delayed commissioning or funding.

WHAT REMAINS UNCERTAIN
