WaveDivision Capital, The Pritzker Organization and Stephens Capital Partners announced a partnership with management to acquire EarthLink. Trive Capital will retain a minority investment. EarthLink reports more than 500,000 internet and managed-services customers. Its partnerships make fiber service available to more than 68 million homes.
